Our purpose is provide a place of meditation and spiritual growth through the practice of Buddhis principles. We seek to support each other and our community in the development of awareness, compassion and peace.
We practice Ekyana Buddhism, chanting in English, and meditation. We offer Circles of Compassion where we learn the teachings, how to use them and support each other in our efforts to grow and live less stressful lives.

We are not your typical dharma center. Our philosophy came from India, it was cultivated and interpreted in Japan, but our fun and style is all American! We accept the pure spiritual beliefs that consitute the basis of all religions.
